how do you scout?
Ninjkabat
Well, first you have to be scouted yourself by someone who has already been scouted. People who already submit to the art portal can scout new talent that they see, and then the person they scout can submit art to the portal and can also scout more people. So all you have to do is get scouted.
But you have some more practice to do before your art is good enough for the poral.
